There are a lot of ways we could describe our shop. However, to keep it as simple as possible, just look to our name.
From the newly restored 100 year-old storefront to the organic milk we use to make your latte, everything is as good as it possibly can be.
Yes, we could go on about how our smoothies are made with 100% real fruit. Or how the eggs in our quiche come from local free-range chickens. We could talk about how carefully we selected the best roaster on the east coast to supply us with our coffee beans.
We could also wax poetic, about how we use organic, grass-fed, antibiotic-free beef from a farm just down the road. And we could tell you all about how each barista on staff will make your coffee drinks like it is their one great masterpiece which will finally immortalize them in the history books.
but come on…we don’t want to be obnoxious about it….
Really, the only thing you need to know is that whatever we do, we do with as much care and attention to quality as possible. We do this because we think that this is the way things should be done.
Luckily for us, you agree and so does just about everyone else that walks through our door. Incidentally that means that we get to keep doing what we love. Thanks for that.
