"CHAUBE" has its origins in Europe and it means COFFEE. Coffee has its ideal conditions for growth, so as a method for roasting it to ensure best extraction of those wonderful flavors and aromas. We roast beans in store using a small batch iron drum roaster. We do this to deliver an UNCOMPROMISED cup that we hope you ENJOY and come back for.
