If you would like us to service your espresso machine, Commercial or Semi-Commercial, we can probably help. Since size and time are of the essence when it comes to commercial machines, we will always begin by helping you troubleshoot your machine's issue and suggest the necessary parts so you can do the repair yourself. If you'd rather we do the actual work, our local service area includes a 100-mile radius of Albany, NY and provides you with a few options. We can repair your machine on site or pick it up and bring it to our shop to be repaired. If you'd prefer to save money, you can bring it to us and save on the travel-time expense. Because of their size, semi-commercial machines can be shipped to us for repair, regardless of where you purchased it.

NOTE:  Before bringing or shipping any machine to us, you MUST first call our service department. They will let you know if it is a make and model we can service. Then, they'll instruct you on what to send or bring and what NOT to, and how to package it properly. Lastly, they'll provide you with of our hours of operation. You will need to download this file, fill it out, and send it to us, before shipping or bringing any machine to us for repair.
