We warmly welcome you to come and enjoy our signature coffee, always prepared according to traditional brewing methods : V60, Chemex, Cold Drip, and Espresso.
 
Our coffee comes from family plantations in Eastern Africa and South America, where they are always organic and always produced at fair trade standards.  Our selection guarantees the best coffees, with their rare flavors being  prominent thanks to our unique brewing techniques. ​Our baristas are at your disposal to compose any of your desired drinks with our exceptional coffee.

Our current selection of single origin beans originate from Ethiopia, Colombia, Honduras, and Brundi.

To accompany any drink, we are pleased to offer our delicious homemade crepes. Our French styled crepes come from a secret family recipe that has been passed down for generations. Sweet or savory, they are the tastiest treat on this side of the island. All of our ingredients that complement our crepes are grown locally and organically here on Maui.
